	About the Artist
	Born; Manila, P.I. Sept 8, 1979
	Allan was born in the Philippines where his young creativity was guided by his expierences in the rural and city life.
	At the age of 5 his family moved to Okinawa, Japan where he became heavily influenced by the cultures and interactions with other "military brats".
	At age 10 Allan's mother won a local bingo game and transported their family to California where he saw the rise of the L.A.'s suburban bboy scene.
	His creative needs lead him to study Computer Arts such as digital media, 3D animation, and video editing.
	After doing work in several digital media formats, Allan began working in natural media, mostly oils, and continues to work in all forms of art to this day.
